You may return unsuitable items within 14 days of receiving your goods. If 14 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all original tags, labels and packaging.
Goods such as toiletries and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items are also excluded. None of this affects your statutory rights should there be a fault with the item.
If you wish to return an item please email us at hello@herdandywolf.co.uk to let us know- please include your name, order number, address and reason for return or exchange. Carriage on exchanges must be paid by the customer.
We aim to process your return ASAP but on occasion it may take up to 21 days for your refund/exchange to be processed after you have returned your item to us.

We advise that you ship your return via a tracked service, we are not liable for items lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging the item. You will then receive a refund via the original payment option, once your return is received and inspected.
All items are shipped in mint condition, if you have received your item and it has been damaged during shipment please inform us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue, send emails to hello@herdandywolf.co.uk
