FREE LOCAL PICK UP
If you opt for local pick up then you will receive an email once your order has been processed and is ready for collection.
Please note that our shop is currently closed on Sundays and therefore it is not possible to collect from the shop on these days.
Shipping for orders over £75 within the mainland UK and Wales are free. Areas not included are Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland and off shore and the Channel Islands. If you have paid no or the wrong shipping for these zones, we will contact you to arrange the correct shipping costs.
We charge £5 for a first class signed for service with Royal Mail.
We can not guarantee how quickly you will receive your parcel during these current times, though orders received before 4pm will be processed that day, and orders received after 4pm will be processed on the next working day. Orders are estimated to arrive 2-3 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and bank Holidays are NOT working days.
If you have not received your parcel within 2-3 days of your completed order notification, please contact us.
We are currently unable to ship to international customers.
Shipping is non refundable should you send your order back for a refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
